Mr. Guinn joined AMF in March of 2006 and concentrates on the development of AMF's analytic framework, company research and the structuring, underwriting and monitoring of AMF's portfolio investments.
Prior to joining AMF, Mr. Guinn was an Analyst with de Guardiola Advisors, Inc., an investment banking firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions advisory for the asset management industry. While at de Guardiola Advisors, Mr. Guinn was responsible for analysis of a broad range of asset management and other financial institutions as well as research coverage for the industry at large.
Mr. Guinn received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Benjamin Franklin Scholar.
