Transaction Summary
Shapiro Capital partnered with AMF to enable the founder and majority shareholder to achieve some liquidity
without selling his equity in the business or compromising the firm’s autonomy and independence. As a result
of the transaction, Shapiro capital was able to start the internal equity transference process to the next
generation and allow the founding partner to achieve greater personal diversification while retaining his upside
participation in, and full commitment to, the business.
