Mr. Gallary joined AMF in 2006 and focuses on new investment origination, relationship development and transaction execution.

Prior to joining AMF, Mr. Gallary, was a Vice President in the Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group of Sandler O’Neill & Partners. At the firm, he focused on the origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions and capital financing transactions in the asset management and banking sectors. At Sandler O’Neill, Mr. Gallary executed over 15 transactions across the financial services sector. The transactions have included M&A assignments ranging from approximately $40 million to $1 billion and capital market transactions ranging in size from approximately $20 million to $500 million.

Previously, Mr. Gallary was an Associate in the Asset Management consulting practice of PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Gallary received an MBA from New York University and a B.S. in Finance from Fairfield University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and membership in the CFA Institute.
