Mark Disston

Mr. Disston has worked with AMF since October 2008 and advises on the
valuation, structuring, and underwriting of AMF's investments.

Prior to his role in London, Mr. Disston was an Associate with AMF in
New York. He previously worked as an Analyst with Credit Suisse in the
Investment Banking Division where he focused on the origination and
structuring of equity derivate products for Financial Institutions. Mr.
Disston has also spent time as a Kiva Fellow where he worked on
microfinance development in Cambodia and served with Maxima
Mikroheranhvatho, a microfinance bank headquartered in Phnom Penh,
Cambodia.

Mr. Disston graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in
Economics (Finance Concentration) from the Wharton School and a Bachelor
of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) from the College of
Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania. He also spent a
year studying PPE at Pembroke College, University of Oxford.
