Mr. Hogan joined AMF in 2009. His responsibilities include structuring, transaction execution and monitoring AMF’s portfolio investments.
Prior to joining AMF, Mr. Hogan was an Analyst at Berkshire Capital Securities focused on mergers and acquisitions in the financial services sector. While at Berkshire Capital, Mr. Hogan conducted valuation and transaction execution work in the asset management, broker/dealer, bank and trust industries.
Mr. Hogan graduated from Duke University where he received a B.S. degree in Economics and minor in Mandarin Chinese. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.
