Managing Director
Mr. Klayman is one of the founding members of AMF. He is responsible for client management, new investment due diligence, and transaction execution.
Before joining AMF, Mr. Klayman was the Director of Operations at Putnam Lovell NBF Securities Inc. focusing on the company's 12b1 securitization business and its U.S. institutional equity sales and trading functions.
Prior to joining Putnam Lovell, Mr. Klayman spent 14 years at Bankers Trust Company. His most recent position at Bankers Trust was in the bank's Global Institutional Services division as Managing Director and head of sales and client management for the investment manager market.
Before joining Bankers Trust, Mr. Klayman graduated from a two-year management training program in Citibank's North America Investment Bank division.
Mr. Klayman holds an MBA, with distinction, in Finance from New York University and a Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
