AMF shares the business risk
AMF only receives a stated percentage of a firm’s gross revenues for a defined period. As a result, there are no fixed obligation repayment requirements. AMF shares the business and market risk associated with the firm.
AMF’s revenue participation expires
All revenues of the business revert back to the owners with no balloon payment and no further obligation to AMF upon the expiration of AMF’s Revenue Share Interest.
Full range of strategic options still available
AMF’s investment structure enables the principals to preserve a full range of future strategic options, including sale of the firm, if and when they choose. Owners also enjoy the benefit of margin expansion during the RSI period, as well as the potential for possible follow-on or serial transactions with AMF.
